نوال الزغبي {Nawal Al Zoghbi} (b. 1972) is a Lebanese singer. Born Nawal George Al Zoghby on the 29th June 1972 in Beirut, Lebanon, she began to sing at an early age, despite family opposition to the lifestyle of a musician - although her family changed their minds when they realised that she was serious in her ambitions. Al Zoghbi released her debut album, Wehyati Andak in 1992, when she returned to her birth city, Beirut, after a two-year singing sojourn in the Gulf countries.
